Yella Ball Shirt Club — Cancellation Policy
Cancel anytime. No cancellation fees, no discount taken back, and no hard feelings. This policy applies to monthly memberships and 3-, 6-, and 12-month prepaid memberships.
To cancel, email shannon@basetournament.com with the email address used for your membership and your order number, if available. Do not send payment-card information. When we receive your cancellation request, we will stop future renewals and refund the amount paid for remaining unshipped deliveries.
Prepaid refunds keep your original discounted price. We calculate the refund using the actual amount paid for each remaining unshipped shirt, including any paid size surcharge and taking account of discounts on the order. We do not reprice shirts already shipped at the monthly or one-time rate. Any applicable tax refund is based on the tax actually charged for the refunded portion of your order.
For example, a 12-month cotton short-sleeve membership purchased for $300 has a price of $25 per shirt. If five shirts have shipped and seven remain unshipped when you cancel, the shirt refund is $175, plus any applicable tax adjustment. If you paid a size surcharge or used another discount, we use your actual order amounts instead.
Shirts already shipped are not included in a membership cancellation refund. This does not limit separate rights or remedies for defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise returnable items.
The advance notice requested for size or style changes is not a cancellation deadline or a cancellation penalty. Refund processing time can vary by payment provider; we do not promise a fixed arrival date for refunded funds.
